Accommodations & Shuttle Info

For the convenience of Teaching for Learning (T4L) conference participants, complimentary morning and afternoon shuttle service will be provided between campus and the following hotels:

• Residence Inn by Marriott Provo (252 W 2230 N, Provo, UT 84604)
• Hyatt Place Provo (180 W 100 N, Provo, UT 84601)

Participants are welcome to make lodging arrangements at any hotel of their choice. However, shuttle transportation will only be available from The Residence Inn and Hyatt Place. Participants staying at other hotels will be responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from campus* (although the Provo Marriott is close enough to walk to the Hyatt to catch the shuttle if you'd like). We encourage participants who wish to use the conference shuttle service to consider booking accommodations at one of the designated shuttle hotels.

You are welcome to contact the BYU Travel office directly for help in booking your hotel at a reduced BYU rate (pricing varies depending on the hotel selected).

* UVX (UTA's Utah County Express Line) has a stop right next to the BYU Conference Center/Harman Building. If you have a UTA pass (or purchase a $5.00 day pass through the Transit App), this is a viable transportation option from other hotels along the UVX route.

Transportation from the Airport to Provo (and Back):

There are several local shuttle services or Uber and Lyft. A more economical option is UTA Frontrunner (for details, see the Transit App).
