If your organization would like to become a Conference Sponsor, please contact us. We have a variety of ways for you to engage.

Conference sponsorship options:

• Logo Only Sponsorship ($300)
  
  • Your logo and web link on our website, on conference emails, and announced at major anchor sessions during the conference.
  • Opportunity to contribute to the conference swag bag and door prizes.
  • List of attendees who do not opt-out of vendor correspondence (list provided after the conference).

• Full Sponsorship ($1000)

  • Everything in the "Logo Only" level.
    
  • Conference registration for one person (does NOT include travel or accommodations).
    
  • A booth at the conference (both days if desired), two chairs, wifi access and power. Sponsor tables will be located near the registration table or the break areas (different locations each day).
    

• Full Sponsorship + 50-minute Presentation ($1500)

  • Everything in the "Full Sponsorship" and "Logo Only" levels.
    
  • A 50-minute presentation on the conference schedule, concurrent with other session presentations. (Note: these sessions require submission of a separate proposal form and acceptance by the Proposal Committee. We have limited sponsor sessions available. If your proposal is not accepted, you will automatically be moved to the Full Sponsorship level.)
    

Additional opportunities to sponsor other elements of the event will be available on a first-come basis (We are open to sponsoring one of the conference lunches or a Keynote Speaker)
